Govt./u.g.c.giving high pay to teachers and expending crores of rupees but fails monitoring teaching.A variety of complain is lodging not only in Govt.but also in daily news paper on staying and class room teaching. Some colleges adopting bio metric system others are not following. It should be mandatory for all and be re-flexed in website.Reshuffle of teacher student in colleges should be followed.City to city transfer should be discouraged rather city to rural transfer should be couraged.

Presence of teachers in institution should be made mandetory. I being a faculty of a central university, do demand the presence of facultiez for 40 hrs a week at least. Todays scholar is tomorrow's faculty. They should work hard and should not depend much on guide. Otherwise, he will not be capable to become a faculty.
